How long does it take for the order to arrive？
1. Normally, Ballisticamp will deliver to your door within 15 days after payment, if more than 20 days without delivery, Ballisticamp will pay you $5 per day until the total amount of your order

Where does Ballisticamp ship from？
Ballisticamp has US warehouses and HongKong warehouses. For US addresses, Ballisticamp will choose US warehouses for delivery. No matter which warehouse delivers order, Ballisticamp will guarantee delivery to your door within the time limit. If the time limit is exceeded, Ballisticamp will pay compensation.
Can I get a refund after placing an order?
Unconditional refunds can be made within 24 hours after placing the order. After more than 24 hours, if the order has not been shipped, it can be refunded for you.
